  1. Go to qdc.qualcomm.com.
  2. Click Get Started.
  3. Click Sign up here.
  4. Enter your company email address.
  5. Agree to the Qualcomm Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Confirm your email to complete registration. After you have validated your email address, your request will be reviewed.
